Dramatize Tea room was established when we accepted the fact that for our students getting a job can be tough, the hiring process isn't inclusive and doesn't adjust to individuals needs. The reality is only 5% of adults with learning disabilities are in paid employment, we wanted to change this!
Dramatize tea room allows our students to put the skills they learn within our Employment and life skills programme into real life work experience within our very own tea rooms. Our Tea rooms are a wonderful opportunity for our students to strengthen their skills and build upon their confidence within a safe and supportive environment.
