Karen and Jo founded Dramatize in 2011 when they saw the need for leisure activities for adults with learning disabilities once they turned 18.

Karen is an enthusiast within the disability arts sector. She has a wide range of experience within both the care and theatre industry. Karen is a keen theatre goer and loves fringe festivals and scratch work. She is vibrant and outgoing person and always up for a challenge.
