We encourage our staff to further their own personal development in training within a variety of subjects to
enrich our timetable and inspire our students.

All employees of Dramatize hold an enhanced DBS.
All employees complete an extensive induction training when joining Dramatize.
All employees complete the Care
certificate as well as mandatory training in -
Data protection, Duty of candour, COSHH, Buccal midazolam, Fire warden, Autism awareness, Mental capacity act,
Asthma, Equality and diversity, Epilepsy, Food Hygiene, First aid, Moving and handling and Safeguarding.
Training is refreshed monthly and updated annually.
