Building Futures
Dramatize builds futures through our tea rooms, providing students with valuable employment experience in a real working environment. They develop practical skills including using POS tills, barista training, food preparation and catering, while building confidence, independence and the skills needed for future employment.
Skill Set
Students can work towards recognised catering qualifications while gaining hands-on experience in a variety of events and hospitality settings. From assisting with functions and community events to supporting food preparation and service, these opportunities help them build a strong CV, develop confidence and prepare for future employment..
Support
Supported by a dedicated team, learners gain practical, hands-on experience from their very first day. This guidance helps them build confidence, develop valuable skills and prepare for future employment.
Community
Our catering and hospitality training takes place in our own public-facing tea rooms, located separately from the learning environment to provide learners with an authentic workplace experience. We also work in partnership with local hospitality restaurants, giving learners the opportunity to gain a wide range of catering skills and experience across different professional settings.

Dramatize's programme is deeply committed to offering opportunities that nurture autonomy and independence. We focus on individual needs, aiming to instill confidence and choice in our students. By providing real-life work experience and a supportive environment, we ensure that each student thrives, finding meaning and value in their lives.
